The breakfast was always well-organized with a good variety.
I was appalled by the lack of clarity regarding the fast Wi-Fi. My online meetings were interrupted repeatedly, causing me serious stress. The room was cramped. These issues turned what should have been a pleasant stay into a frustrating experience.

Daily coffee and croissants for breakfast were BRILLIANT. It had good and amazing location really close to Museo di Fisica. Also, the property was really close to a tube station.

Both of the owners, Massimo (Max) and Alfredo were always willing to provide help and advice. Made sure they were there at 00.30 when we arrived late, and took us to a local restaurant to ensure we had food. Accommodation was on the second floor of a large building, and the room and establishment were very well presented and clean. The room was large, with a queen size bed and large en-suite bathroom with shower. Breakfast was continental style with toast, cornetto (Italian croissant), yoghurt, tea, coffee and orange juice. Location was a 7 or 8 minute walk to the main railway station and set in a quiet street. I would not hesitate to recommend this bed and breakfast and would more than happily use it again.

The rooms clean and the breakbeat was good. The distance to Termini station was also not so long.
The hotel was hard to spot from the street.

The room was very comfortable and clean, which made it easy to unwind after exploring. It was also a big plus that we received great recommendations from our host on local eateries and transportation. Breakfast was a treat, with plenty of options including cereals, fresh fruit, and pastries. The location near Termini Station was ideal for reaching the Trevi Fountain and Borghese Gallery, both just a short walk away.

It was very very clean (the stuff cleaned the room every morning). Alfredo and Massimo were friendly, they gave us a map for the city of Rome. Breakfast was good enough with nice coffee and croissants at the time you prefer. Elegant design of the room, exactly as in the photos. The hotel is really close to Termini.

It all depends on your needs
The friendly staff and well-organized breakfast made for a lovely start each day, while the convenient location allowed for easy exploration of the city's treasures.
Some might find the rooms a bit cramped, particularly when traveling with larger luggage, which could be inconvenient during a longer stay.

The room was new, nice and well designed with all expected comforts. Services were fine, too. The only downside of the room would be its location, a little away from the centre although near to the train station - but this is Rome. Everything else was fine and I would definitely go there again.

How it stacks up, my honest take
Nestled close to Termini, this accommodation offers a unique experience with modern and clean rooms. Breakfast was good, and the staff's friendliness was a highlight. It's perfect for those wanting a peaceful stay, despite the busy street outside. A kettle would have made it even better!
